Medication should be taken with a lot of fluids. Floxin needs to be taken as prescribed by your physician.
Precautions
Insomnia, hallucinations, nightmares, depression, confusion, restlessness and tremors have occurred
occasionally with patients taking Floxin. Interactions with these drugs, blood thinners, insulin, calcium,
Sucralfate, antacids and cyclosporine could cause adverse reactions while on this medicine.
Missed Dose
Take as soon as remembered.
Side Effects
Insomnia, headache, genital inflammation and itching, nausea, dizziness, vomiting and diarrhea
are all possible side effects of Floxin.
Storage
Floxin should be stored in a tightly closed container and at the room temperature.
Overdose
Seek out emergency medical help if suspected overdose of this medication.
Floxin More Information
Avoid sun exposure as this medication could cause sun poisoning. Use car when driving or doing
things which require your alertness, this can cause dizziness. If kidney or liver disease is an
illness of yours, the physician will monitor you closely while taking Floxin.
