Luvox is used in the treatment of depression and obsessive compulsive disorder.
It is the classification of drugs called antidepressants.
How Taken
Luvox should be taken just as prescribed by your physician with water at the same exact time every day.
Luvox Precautions
Luvox at the beginning of treatment may increase your risk of suicidal
behavior or thoughts; you should be monitored closely the first twelve weeks of treatment.
Luvox - Missed Dose
Take missed dose of Luvox as soon as remembered, but never take two dosages at one time.
Possible Side Effects
Drowsiness, insomnia, diarrhea, vomiting, appetite loss, gain or loss of weight,
mouth dryness, constipation and frequent urination are possible
side effects of Luvox.
Storage
Keep Luvox room temperature.
Luvox Overdose
Call for emergency medical care immediately if overdose on Luvox is suspected.
More Information
Avoid alcohol and other medications which cause drowsiness, they could add to
Luvox side effects and cause severe complications. Do not drive while you are taking Luvox.
This medication can pass through breast milk to your baby and be harmful to them, contact
your physician before taking Luvox.
