Pamelor (Nortriptyline) is used
in the treatment for symptoms of depression. It is in
the drug group called trcyclic antidepressants.
How Taken
Pamelor needs to be taken as prescribed by your physician.
Pamelor Precautions
If you have changes in mood, panic attacks, insomnia, aggressiveness, suicidal
thoughts or severe restlessness contact your physician immediately.
If you need surgery, you may have to stop taking Pamelor, tell your surgeon beforehand.
Missed Dose
Take the missed dose of Pamelor as soon as remembered.
Skip missed dosage if it is close to the next regular scheduled dosage.
Pamelor Side Effects
Skin rash, swelling in breasts, changes in weight, diarrhea, constipation,
nausea, weakness, drowsiness, appetite loss and problems with sleep
are all possible side effects of Pamelor.
Storage
Keep Pamelor at room temperature far from heat or moisture.
Pamelor Overdose
If an overdose of Pamelor is suspected call for emergency medical care immediately.

Pamelor can cause skin sensitivity to sunlight and sunburn could result,
use the necessary precautions if out in the sunlight while taking Pamelor.
