Generic Plavix: Uses
Plavix (Clopidogrel Bisulfate) is used in prevention of blood clots after recently
having stroke or heart attack and in certain blood and heart disorders.
Generic Plavix: How Taken
Plavix should be taken as prescribed by your physician with a glass full of water.
You can take dosage with or without any food.
Generic Plavix: Precautions
Plavix could cause you to bleed easier, be careful and avoid playing any sports or
activities where you have a risk of being cut or injured.
If black or tarry stools
develop call your physician immediately. You will need blood tests on regular basis
while on Plavix to check that no harmful side effects are happening to you.

Take the missed dose of Plavix when it is remembered.
Generic Plavix: Side Effects
Nose stuffiness or running, dizziness, headache, pain in stomach, throat soreness
or coughing are all possible side effects of Plavix.

Plavix should be kept room temperature far from heat or moisture.

If an overdose of Plavix is suspected hen call for immediate emergency medical care.

Do not take NSAIDs or aspirin while taking Plavix, these include drugs such as Ponstel,
Relafen, Voltaren, Lodine, Dolobid, Motrin, Advil Toradol, Indocin and Ansaid.
