Generic Diovan is used to control high blood pressure and may be used by itself or in conjunction with
other antihypertensive medications.
Generic Diovan: How Taken
To start, begin by taking one 80mg tablet once a day. This may be increased by your doctor up to 320mg once a day
Warnings/Precautions
When taking Generic Diovan, do not operate a car or heavy machinery until it is determned how this drug will affect you.
Avoid alcohol.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of Diovan, take it as soon as you remember, unless it’s time for your next schedule dose.
In this case, skip the missed dose and resume your regular dosing schedule.
Side Effects
There are no side effects associated with the ingestion of Generic Diovan.
Storage
Store Diovan in a tightly sealed container
away from heat and direct light.

There are no reported cases of an overdose.
More Information
Taking Generic Diovan may cause dizziness or lightheadedness which is most noticeable when you change positions.
This can lead to fainting, falls or injury. Sit or lie down immediately it you feel dizzy or lightheaded.
This effect may be worsened by alcohol, hot weather, fever, dehydration, or by prolonged standing and exercise.
